I’ve done a week with Detox International in Spain twice and 10 days at Moinhos Velhos in Portugal. Both excellent and lovely settings. The prices are about £1350 for a single en-suite room (difficult to share when you’re doing 2 enemas a day!) then you have to pay for a flight on top of that and any treatments you have while you’re there. Both the ones i did included yoga and information sessions but extras like massage, shiatsu, reflexology and various other complementary health treatments were available but charged at about 60 euros a session.
I would budget for about £2000 for the week but it’s well worth it – i felt like a goddess afterwards and met some really great people.
