I second the notion that exercise during a detox is a recipe for failure…I did that once and ended up eating stuff that was definitely a no-no. Just relax and let your body take care of itself…after the detox you can get back to exercising.
I never thought of rewarding myself for the effort of doing a 3 day detox. Feeling good is it’s own reward…but now that you mentioned it, it sounds like a nice idea.
